Israphel will upgrade to Aion 3.9 this week (before weekend)!
Perfect time to get back to Israphel! who knows how fast 3.9 will start this week :)
- it will stay as it is, no AP wipe or Medal caps
- no rates will be adjusted
- commands stay as they are (instant level 55 etc)
